Our Semi-Private Sessions are what we feel are the most effective and efficient way to train. These sessions vary depending on the clients’ needs in the session but are all based on free functional movement, strength development and correcting dysfunction to build a fully functional, strong and optimised human body.
Our expert trainers will guide you along your journey as you work alongside like-minded individuals who have the same passion for a more active and fulfilling lifestyle. These sessions consist of 2-4 people per session but still allow you to train closely with your trainer whilst sharing the cost with friends and family.
