Semi-Private PT:

Our Semi-Private Sessions are what we feel are the most effective and efficient way to train. These sessions vary depending on the clients’ needs in the session but are all based on free functional movement, strength development and correcting dysfunction to build a fully functional, strong and optimised human body.

Our expert trainers will guide you along your journey as you work alongside like-minded individuals who have the same passion for a more active and fulfilling lifestyle. These sessions consist of 2-4 people per session but still allow you to train closely with your trainer whilst sharing the cost with friends and family.

Our clients get to train more often, in a supportive environment and achieve better results. If you have don’t have any prior experience, don’t worry, our trainers cater for all levels of fitness

1-on-1 Personal Training:

If you feel you need a bit more face time with your trainer or plainly prefer a 1-on-1 experience, Private sessions are also available.

A private session allows us to focus on just you and yields the best individual results whatever your goals.

All programing, nutrition and training session are specifically customized to suit your goals.

Valkyrie Bootcamps:

We also run our famous Valkyrie Bootcamps which are a major crowd pleaser. These specialty group classes run over a 6 week cycle, showcasing a unique style of training from Advanced Kettlebell Training to Mobility and Functional Movement classes.

Learning new skills with the added benefit of a dedicated training space makes our Bootcamps a fun, engaging experience.
