Optimising health and fitness is a subject our Valkyrie coaches could talk about underwater, so it’s important to identify your specific goals, your strengths and weaknesses, and what makes you tick. If you’re ready for getting started with functional training our Functional Movement Screen and Initial Assessment is designed to do just that.
Our coaches will begin by performing a comprehensive initial consult including a Functional Movement Screen. This will help in unlocking what has been holding you back from achieving your full potential and provide the solution to a healthier lifestyle.
We often provide a short lesson on the basics of kettlebell training so that you can get an idea of what to expect in one our classes. This also helps new members feel out the “vibe” of Valkyrie and get to know our coaching style more intimately. Learning the fundamentals will also set you up for success whatever your goals may be.
From here, we will guide you to the most direct path to success.
