Forging strength and fitness is a subject our team at Valkyrie could talk about underwater, so it’s important to identify your specific goals, your strengths and weaknesses, and what makes you tick. If you’re ready to make some changes and smash your health and fitness goals our Functional Movement Screen and Initial Assessment is designed to do just that.

Our coaches will begin by performing a comprehensive initial consult including a Functional Movement Screen. This will help in unlocking what has been holding you back from achieving your full potential and provide the solution to a healthier lifestyle.

We often provide a short lesson on the basics of kettlebell training so that you can get an idea of what to expect in one our classes. This also helps new members feel out the “vibe” of Valkyrie and get to know our coaching style more intimately. Learning the fundamentals will also set you up for success whatever your goals may be.

From here, we will guide you to the most direct path to success.
Whether it be 1-on-1 Personal Training or Small Group Training. Together, we’ll be able to work out what you need to attain your goals.

to continue your journey and provide you with all the information you need to ensure your long term progress. We will also set you up with everything you need to get started with us.

We’re here to help our members feel strong and feel confident again (sometimes for the first time in a long while). Single mum? No sweat, we got you. Shift worker that never sleeps? Don’t worry, we’re here for you too. Carrying a bit of a dad bod around the house? We can tighten that up a lil bit too!
